Restort – Terms of Service (Public Beta)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Restort, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of Restort after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Restort. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, their account will be terminated.

3. Beta Software Notice

Restort is currently in Public Beta. The platform is under active development. During this period, features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. Messages and non-essential data may be reset at any time as part of development and maintenance. Usernames will not be wiped - your username remains tied to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Restort for any of the following:

• Sharing, distributing, or promoting illegal content
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of other users
• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or content that promotes violence against any group
• Scams, fraud, phishing, or spam of any kind
• Attempting to exploit, disrupt, or abuse the platform's systems or infrastructure
• Sharing NSFW (not safe for work) content with or in the presence of minors

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and any activity that occurs under your account. Restort reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to the platform or its users.

6. Subscriptions

Restort may offer optional subscriptions such as Restort Core. Subscription features, pricing, and availability may change during the beta period. Any changes to active subscriptions will be communicated to affected users.

7. Data Resets

During the Public Beta, non-essential data - including messages, media, and conversation history - may be reset as part of platform updates, maintenance, or development. Usernames and account credentials are retained through data resets.

8. Limitation of Liability

Restort is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restort and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Restort shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts within the EU.
